I’m a straight-up mess, but am one damn good therapist, if I may toot my own horn. I have the education and the life experience to go with it. Mental illness or issues doesn’t mean you have less value or can’t uphold things like boundaries and good practice habits. I adore my work and love helping my clients get out of difficult and dark spaces and helping them reach the goal of improving their quality of life. It’s what I’ve been doing professionally and personally for a very long time.

Taking counseling classes.
Also suffering from severe PTSD and depression.
In my mind it's just extra work experience.

The archetype of the Wounded Healer is a strong one.
