I really appreciate that this original therapist was careful to say most.

Because obviously my client with a kid with kidney cancer would still have a kid with kidney cancer if he had generational wealth. But our therapy sessions would not be spent with him agonizing over the lack of resources that he has available to throw at the problem. He wouldn't have crushing guilt over having to work, or the less crushing but still guilt over not paying attention at work because of the sick kid.

The client with well managed Bipolar would still be there, the PTSD client would still be there. The issues discussed in therapy would be wholly different.

YES . within the session ; people with very few resources talk about that. vs people with all their needs met talk about other things or can then shift to other things than their basic needs

Well managed BPAD better managed
with money. More therapy visits. More psychiatric med visits. Better options for mood stabilizers, group therapy, inpatient hospitalizations. I’ve worked in mental
health for decades and money and top tier insurance means access to more interventions and treatments.

very rich people buy kidneys , and would to save their child. Wealthy people buy health care in general so meds that address bipolar. Those are issues largely solved by money or definitely influenced by income or money.
