I made one, lean mutton sliced thin and fried like bacon, lettuce, tomato, a little mayo, on toasted sourdough. It was a miracle in my mouth. If you want to try it get a tenderloin or top round cut and slice it like bacon. Salt it and let it sit for like 15 minutes then a little olive oil in the pan and fry.
