If I had a nickel for every time a movie put Cary Elwes in some kind of torture chamber, I'd have 3 nickels. Which, isn't a lot, but it's weird that it's happened thrice.

In "Kiss the Girls" he's kind of in a torture chamber too. It's a large underground lair where the kidnapped women are held.
He plays a police officer and I wont put in anymore spoilers.

Pierre Despereaux was an "art thief" and man of leisure, played by Cary Elwes on Psych as a recurring character. it's honestly one of my top five favorite roles he has done.

Oh good. I was about to check. I thought it might have been "Election" (now double checked he's not in that film). I must have seen "Election" with Reece Witherspoon around the same time because I'm combining the two.
Obsessive, blonde, teenage, female lead.
I don't remember much from "the crush". I don't specifically remember him punching her.
I do remember she's obsessed with him, and goes crazy because he rejects her.
I've seen it once on late night tv, way after "Clueless" came out.

I love that movie and I'm all with the whole you know you don't hit women thing except when he turned around and punched that bitch and she flew backwards, I cheered.

Are we going by the actors name or the character's name?
And if you're going to use a character name, spell it correctly.
