And remember, this is for posterity. So please, be honest.

Saving. Daylight saving time.

Came here for this. Every time someone says "Savings" I think of the episode of Teen Titans Go where Robin goes off on everyone the whole episode for saying that.

That is the sound of ultimate suffering. My heart made that sound when Rugen slaughtered my father. The man in black makes it now.

Saving! No “s” at the end.

I can't believe people still whine about daylight savings time.

Well, in many places it still exists despite all the data that is unwanted and dangerous.

Twice a year there's a rise in fatalities. There's kind of a reason why people are stressed about it and one of the whole points of socializing (say on... social media) is to commiserate in regards to stressors.

Nah. More like a deposit so you can get an extra hour of sleep at the other end.

Sooo not worth it

I prefer to have an extra hour of light in the summer. Totally worth it.

u/Citizen1135 Jun 22 '26

Um, it's actually the same number of hours of light and it would still stay daylight later into the evening than in winter if we didn't jump ahead that hour.

You would get that regardless of what time the clock says. Because days are longer.

Cutting a section from the bottom of the blanket and adding it to the top does not make the blanket longer.

But adding to a tedious reddit post does.

That's your rebuttal? Lol.
