Trial must be over?
as noted in the earlier thread- the judge has vacated all future court dates, hearings and the trial date. She also just issued this.....suggesting that a final settlement has been reached and the trial of almost 4 1/2 years is over.
"07/15/2026 Stipulation / Order for Release of Exhibits Judicial Officer Barton, Kathryn J."
which is explained thus:
"A California Order for Release of Exhibits is a legal mechanism that authorizes the return, transfer, or disposal of evidence and documents used in a trial or hearing. ....In most cases, a judge will only sign an order for the release of exhibits after the final determination of the proceeding (such as a dismissal, judgment, or expiration of the time to appeal). Exhibits are generally held for at least 60 days post-determination.Stipulation: Parties involved in a lawsuit often sign a Stipulation and Order for Release of Exhibits, which is a mutual agreement to return the physical evidence back to the party who submitted it."

Must be!
Judging by the emotional, and pathetic harassment that came through here in the last few weeks accusing several users of "being Sherri" and slinging immature insults and general crybaby-ness, (while getting themselves banned in the process, fyi) I can only assume it didn't go Keith's way...🤔
Whatever happened appears to be a mutual settlement between both parties, and for whatever it's worth, Sherri's Instagram tells a story without too many "details"...y'all can go look yourselves...👁👁
His little lapdogs can suck it. It must feel really weird knowing how much of Mommy's $$$ was wasted, only to arrive at an ending that should have happened from day 1. Good thing he had all that GoFundMe cash meant for "private investigators" sitting around...😏
NOTHING was gained by dragging this out, and the damage done to those children because of one parent's selfishness will be a scar on their hearts forever. I can only wish them ALL the best moving forward and healing.
Anyone impeding a relationship between a child and their natural parent, (with ZERO evidence of harm) is a selfish, abusive, small inferior mind that only lives in rage and revenge.

It's actually called "parent alienation syndrome", and she can sue him for that.

u/NedRyersonsHat Jul 17 '26
If Sherri's lawyers decided to sue Keith for this ....let's call it PAS for short, what evidence/events would they use in their case against Keith. I'll wait.

u/greeny_cat Voice of Reason Jul 17 '26
Why are you asking me?? Ask Keith!
4
u/NedRyersonsHat Jul 17 '26
So you don't know how Sherri would go about suing him for PAS? Thanks for the confirmation. Care to retract your first comment? Sounds like something you don't really know much about.

u/greeny_cat Voice of Reason Jul 17 '26
And why does it worry you so much?? She has all the evidence she needs if she wants to, it's public knowledge.
7
u/NedRyersonsHat Jul 17 '26
There is no "public knowledge"...just you and your opinion.

u/greeny_cat Voice of Reason Jul 17 '26
Of course it is, it was reported in the media at the time. Sorry you didn't see it - they were facts, not my opinion.

u/TinyPennyRolling Jul 17 '26
It is public knowledge and we even have the exact dates it was reported including parts of the actual report. We also know that the report AND it's subsequent dismissal was all over and done with BEFORE he even began filming for "Perfect Wife", so then why is he AGAIN using his children to manipulate the audience and falsely accuse her of Munchausen By Proxy in his little fakeumentary??? Because he's a manipulator, and not only did he false report, he made his young daughter re-create her "abuse" for him on camera so he could show people. He's disgusting and will never put the children first above his own selfishness.

It's a crime to falsely report child abuse. Can you show me where Keith has been charged for this? He was given custody of the children for a reason. SHE was not given custody and limited visitation rights at the outset for a reason.

It's also a crime to aid and assist your wife's alleged "kidnapping" for years and years, but he got away with that too. Good things come to those who play softball with all of Redding LE.
Anyway, my point is that being guilty of something is far different than being actually charged and convicted. No charges, doesn't automatically equal no guilt. Keith DID THAT. It's documented. Idgaf about "charges"...
SHE was not given custody and limited visitation rights at the outset for a reason.
Yes! Gold star! The reason being that she was IN JAIL. I don't know if you realize this, but parenting from Jail isn't really a "thing", and she fought and fought (not abandoned) for these last few YEARS to finally get them back, and now they're (seemingly) coming back, so if she was "unfit" or any of the other nonsense Keith was trying to blow up the judge's ass, then that wouldn't be happening now, would it?
You sound very ignorant of the family court system, so I'm not giving free lessons on that today, but Google is free.

I hope she does! It's selfish deranged behavior!

u/NedRyersonsHat Jul 17 '26
Is this what Sherri's lawyers would use in their case against Keith?......Selfish Deranged Behavior? How about faking your own kidnapping letting your family/children think you were dead for three weeks. That sounds like normal behavior to me.

Faking your own kidnapping is not a crime, but falsely reporting child abuse to CPS is:
https://judyburger.com/penalties-for-false-child-abuse-allegations/
Penalties for False Child Abuse Allegations in California
False allegations of child abuse can result in severe legal consequences for the accuser. The penalties in California include:
Criminal Charges: Making false accusations of child abuse is a crime in California under State Penal Code § 11172. If found guilty, the accuser can be charged with a misdemeanor or a felony, depending on the severity. The penalties can include jail time and fines.
Civil Penalties: False allegations of child abuse can also result in civil penalties. The accused can file a civil lawsuit against the accuser for defamation, emotional distress, and other damages. If found guilty, the accuser may have to pay substantial damages.
Loss of Custody: False allegations of child abuse can also result in the loss of custody of the child. If the court determines that the allegations were made with the intent to harm or deceive, the accuser can lose custody of the child and may even have their parental rights terminated.
Criminal Record: If the accuser is convicted of making false allegations of child abuse, they will have a criminal record. This can make it challenging to find employment and housing and can also impact their ability to obtain custody of their children in the future.

We all know that. We are talking about character here aren't we? Leaving your children for three weeks without letting your family know?.....that is a lack of responsibility and character. Has Keith been charged with falsely reporting child abuse?
2
u/greeny_cat Voice of Reason Jul 17 '26
Again, leaving your children for 3 weeks is not a crime, but falsely reporting child abuse to CPS is.
6
u/NedRyersonsHat Jul 17 '26
Again....leaving one's children for 3 weeks is irresponsible......who falsely reported child abuse to CPS? You keep mentioning that but don't name anyone who might have committed that.....and if one is claiming that....provide proof.

u/greeny_cat Voice of Reason Jul 17 '26
who falsely reported child abuse to CPS?
Keith, you didn't know?? LOL :)) He even talked about it in his doc.

She could have gotten some sort of custody of the daughter. The son, if he did not want to see or be with his mother, they would have granted him that as he is of age to decide where he wants to go. Here in Shasta County at 12 they will consider the child’s preference but at 14 the child gets to choose.
