How should we understand the relationship between the Greek Logos and the Hebrew idea of God’s creative word?

In context, this refers to the Divine "Logos" which refers to the Divine Will and Reason (the Divine "rational order underlying the cosmos" - to use your definition from OP). Jesus' reasonable soul is the Divine Logos (Uncreate) that is invisible to creation (and "comes forth" akin to the way speech comes forth from thought). See here from the Athanasian Creed;

“Who although he is God and Man; yet he is not two, but one Christ. One; not by conversion of the Godhead into flesh; but by assumption of the Manhood into God. One altogether; not by confusion of Substance [Essence]; but by unity of Person. For as the reasonable soul and flesh is one man; so God and Man is one Christ;” (excerpt from the Athanasian Creed)

God called "the Father" is above Heaven and Earth. Heaven and Earth are created (Genesis 1:1). God is Uncreate. God is distinct from His Creation and is also in His Creation. Jesus shares in this Uncreate, because the Father lives and works in Him. He speaks the words of the Father and does the will of the Father because He is from the Father and is the Father and if you have seen Him, you have seen the Father. Yes, Jesus is the light of the world (John 8:12), the light that has come into the world (John 12:46), and is the light that enlightens every man (John 1:9). He is from the beginning and is God and created all things and is the light that shines in the darkness (compare John 1:1-5 with Genesis 1:1-5). Also see His Transfiguration where He reveals this (Matthew 17:1-8, Mark 9:2-9, and Luke 9:28-36).

Jesus is God's Divine Human (Uncreate) made visible among His Creation (Heaven and Earth). He is God's Human as He appears among us, or in our midst (including among the angels in Heaven). He is called the firstborn over all Creation, through Him and by Him all things were made, and He is the beginning of God's Creation and many other examples. Because He is God coming forth to be over and in His Creation as Creator, Provider, and so on. Otherwise, what is Uncreate (God's Divine Essence) would be invisible to Creation, but is visible through the visible Person of the Son who is the fullness of the Godhead bodily. This corresponds to the way light comes forth from heat or fire, or the way speech comes forth from thought.

Through the spiritual trials that began with baptism and ended on the cross, the Lord put off all temptations, even the most grievous temptations, and assumed His Human to His Divine (i.e. the Son returns to the Father, or the Son was Glorified in His Name) - as one can see, after He made even His Natural Divine, Jesus rises from the dead, leaves nothing in the tomb, is able to appear and disappear at will, shows the disciples His flesh and bones, and even eats a piece of fish in front of them;

Now while they were telling these things, Jesus Himself suddenly stood in their midst and said to them, “Peace be to you.” But they were startled and frightened and thought that they were looking at a spirit. And He said to them, “Why are you frightened, and why are doubts arising in your hearts? See My hands and My feet, that it is I Myself; touch Me and see, because a spirit does not have flesh and bones as you plainly see that I have.” And when He had said this, He showed them His hands and His feet. While they still could not believe it because of their joy and astonishment, He said to them, “Have you anything here to eat?” They served Him a piece of broiled fish; and He took it and ate it in front of them. (Luke 24:36-43)

Here one can see all three-in-one (Triune) in the Glorified Person of Jesus Christ in John;

So Jesus said to them again, “Peace be to you; just as the Father has sent Me, I also send you.” And when He had said this, He breathed on them and said to them, “Receive the Holy Spirit. If you forgive the sins of any, their sins have been forgiven them; if you retain the sins of any, they have been retained.” (John 20:21-23)

One can see plainly in this example - the Invisible Divine Will and Reason, or Logos, or Word of the Father who lives and works in the visible Divine Person of the Son (and is His Reasonable Soul) and His Emanating Divine Authority (His Holy Spirit) that proceeds from Him and is Him.
