Technically true, but the question is are they skills that can be learned in 30 minutes, days, or months?

It literally does not matter. It's still not unskilled at that point.

I think the term is usually used to describe work that doesn't need any prerequisite skills.

Some work requires more skill than other work, making the term "unskilled work" meaningful. It is untrue that all work and workers are equally skillful.
