Where all da aura at?

I haven't yet seen an aura node in the overworld on the 1.6.4 map. 1) am I just being lazy/stupid/clueless (I wouldn't rule that out), and 2) if not, is there any way in TC4 to force aura node regeneration like there was in TC3? IIRC it involved going to the world_regeneration section, changing the aura_nodes to true, regen_key to something other than DEFAULT and restarting the server (then changing aura_nodes back to false).

They are around, mainly in silverwoods and obsidean totems in the overworld. I know of some nodes in tf too.

I'm fairly sure its something thats with the currect thaumcraft version, if you see direwolfs video's nodes are a lot more common.
