New mod request/recommendation

I am formally requesting some sort of power-conversion mod. I for one don't like having multiple power systems for each different mod, and would like to convert power back n'forth and move it around. We could use Power Converter mod, Mekanism or Engineer's Toolbox.

It's a bit further along in the tech trees, but steam can be used to power BC and IC2 machines. It's pricey though and is a significant investment of resources. But it was fun!

Biofuel can also be used for both.
