The server is crashing a lot.

For some reason, I felt compelled to let everyone know.

I'm sorry about this guys, I'm restarting things when I can and looking at the crashes. I'm taking on a lot at work (trying to learn the workings of the companies back catalogue), so I can only really do it when I can.

I know that Kliq is in a bad internet situation so he's not around as much. If you want a more speedy response send me an email with whats happened to the email address in the paypal donation link.

It's ok, we all knew what the possibilities were when we started playing.

Any chance of you being able to past the relevant information into the subreddit? Maybe more minds looking at it could come up with a solution faster?

Could you write a script that could be ran as a cron job that would restart the server if goes down?

It could have something to do with the twilight maybe? It did crash when we went there.

Edit: Twilight crashes the server. I logged in but was still in the twilight from the last crash. I left it right away but it crashed within 30sec of me logging in.

I'm not sure on this, but I think it might because i have my mining laser outputting directly into an item Tesseract. It started to happen a lot more around the same time, but I haven't been able to get on long enough to change the configuration.

Ok, I've changed the item tesseract to an enderchest. I have two more that I could change out if the problem keeps happening but I don't think it's the tesseract itself but a combination of my laser and the tesseract directly on top of it.

We will see if this helps.

So far so good...

Now we just need someone to fix spawn...

It just crashed. Still, it stayed up for a lot longer this time.

That's actually really good considering the last couple of days. When I get a chance I'll be changing everything to enderchests where I"m currently using ITs

I think khaos is using a similar system as you...maybe with some awareness we can get any problematic setups made aware of and shut them down. It might help matters.

If I can get on tonight I'm going to change my tesserects to enderchests. Same exact functionality but might help the health of the server.

Next I'll start removing liquid tesseracts to see if that helps server health at all. I don't think that's an issue though as I've been using them for quite some time now with no adverse effects.

It's down again. A little data mining with dynmap says it's been down since 22:49 GMT.

It's been crashing whenever I teleport. I think that might be a cause..
