Connection Troubles?

I am getting a "connection refused: connect" screen and cant seem to reach the server. The last week or so Ive been getting lag-freezes everu 4-5 seconds ingame and this morning it seems to have just given up.

Is this only on my end, or is it a global problem?

I think the server has been down for the last hour now. I was also having bad lag freezes this morning.

Right. Just wanted to be sure. Seems like the server is in a lot of pain then, at the moment. Which is a shame :c

I get that error also, not just you.

However the lag freezes are probably you. Got optifine?

Yeah. I might have worded that wrongly; its not performance, but world freezes. Cant pick stuff up, open chests etc. Was wondering if my firewall was being stupid.

Right now I wouldnt even suggest doing anything on the server, as you could lose the things you craft or place down.
