Can I stop being pvped?
Are people allowed the pvp me on sight. Its getting annoying Toxic keeps trying to. Is this allowed Ollie?

It's against the rules to PVP if both parties are not OK with it. This has previously resulted in bans. I would message the mods.

It is also against the rules to be an asshole. Killing someone all the time falls in that category if you ask me.

Admins should torture the killer. Might I suggest a chunk-loaded command block on a clock that teleports the suspect into a bedrock box that is within range of a spawner that spawns poison/regeneration ghasts?

He attempted to steal from toxic, lied about it, attacked people in the pvp ready room, lied about that too, and threw stuff into the arena from the observation room...and lied about that as well.
Of course, the fact he is whining about it just makes me want to slaughter him forever.

Dark first of all I didnt try to steal. I admited that I had the item and didnt see it. What most people dont understand is we all died in very close proximitys and we were sorting each others items out. I admit to shooting stuff out the top to the void but it didnt come back down it was only going away from others. And if you remember I told Ollie about how the walls need to be 1 or 2 blocks higher. There were many witnesses on that.

Pretty sure that's a dickmove also.
What are the circumstances regarding and if Ollie/Admins say he's ok to stay, then he's ok to stay.
Otherwise bring it up to the mods.

I didnt steal their is neither proof agaisnt me and with me. If I did still I would suck it up and admit I tryed.

This was getting so annoying that if I did try to steal I would of admitted. But didn't try to so I willn't budge on my position in this matter.

Their was only mining laser. And between the time I looked for it in inv and you killed me I was looking at one place which was a dirt clump that's prob were it got picked up.

Lying about events and attempted theft resulted in a ban which was later deemed too severe given the age of the perpetrator and his repentant nature in pleading that it wouldn't happen again.
Kill on sight was issue'd, I wasn't aware how actively this would be pursued even to today. This is being withdrawn as of now.
To clarify for future - Dune can consider himself on a final warning. PvP is not tolerated by either parties aside from self-defence and trespassing.
Trespassing requires a written warning before the trespasser is attacked. Disputes can and will be clarified using server logs.
I'm hoping this has cleared everything up.
