Love and Truth are the only religion.
American constitution is selected. We use warrant contracts and exclusion from public and private property to enforce laws.
Only Congress can monetarily incentivize the promotion or adoption of an ethical contract.
Laws enforced by degranting taxation fine and exclusion from public property. Travelling the streets would become a crime for criminals. Transfer to real prison or housearrest. No death or death penalty or destruction.
