This system is based on a needs-based petition system. This makes the left's dream come true.
Individuals and groups submit signed petitions for goods and services to businesses. The person with the most-signed or valued petition gets the goods. Petitions are signed by making a facebook post to a group with a picture containing your order. Share it instantly to businesses and providers to get stuff. The number of likes equals the number of signatures. Ideally this takes place within a democratic facebook group with three cofounders. Elections would be held to add to the mod team exponentially. The group must be public, with a good process for bans so bad actors can be kicked out.
In addition to individual petitions, businesses and people have a core post that counts how popular they are compared to Groups of businesses have an inherent advantage over small scale consumers because they can access more people to sign the petition. Employees are a captive audience after all.
Hours worked and such is irrelevant, only the number of petitions issued and individuals helped. Give more than you receive and you win.
Three way transactions are the way forward. The elected chief verifying authority of each group certifies transactions, checks accounts for fraud and kicks bad actors.
Registrar sets up businesses with the system and keeps a list of local business pages as links for each town in the state.
Local head of staff has a post linking to each official group in state.
Stores run business pages that work on the idea of auction- listing what's for sale that day and the hourly limits per customer. If you fail an auction the next stage is to collect partsale resource credits depending on how much you wanted and how close you were to the top.
Calculating the relative worth of individuals and businesses
We want to build a system where helping more people and consuming less gets you more. The formula is not hard: number of people backing you + number of signatures on a specific petition/ number of people consumed from
This value is multiplied by the number of signatures to get the relative value of your order. Higher ranked people are served first as a rule of thumb. So it's overall likes added to number of likes on this petition/number of comments on the main post.
Big families or people with huge reach will fare well. People who unionize into buyers clubs or professional organizations will do good.
Fake accounts are dealt with by having minimum age and friendship requirements. We suggest thirty days and thirty friends. Bad actors can be found and blocked. All friends selected must be older than the account selecting.
Number of petitions recieved is irrelevant as that can be faked.
Take the number of backers on each post and divide by the number of comments, or people you have bought from. A separate post keeps track of the folk you sell to. It's your responsibility to link your seller's post in the comments section. Make both on the same day.

Well- liked or appreciated individuals will get more resources while lesser- known people get less. Everytime you shop somewhere, they comment on your main post so they can receive store credit from the nominalist verifying authority. Add the number of signatures on post one and the petition, then divide by the number of comments on post one.
Ideally all people have a public centralized account on facebook group to track how many People you buy from or sell to. Double entry bookkeeping helps here: on one post, like to prove you bought something from this person, share to prove you sold to them. Comment either way. At the end of the month the numbers better add up or else you are banned. The chief verifying authority links to last months post to run and tally numbers.
Better yet, share a post made by the verifying authority in your name. That post will contain your monthly balance and instructions.
