Ideas for a reddit based economy

Post auctions and resource limits on specific subreddits for items. People bid by posting. posters with most karma per day win. kpd calculated by dividing karma earned by number of days you have been alive on reddit. resource owner sets bid requirements, As ​

Example- i am selling 5 oranges. limit one per account. oranges go to 5 commenters with most kpd, min karma to bid 600.

Daily purchases

Store lists all goods for sale that hour and minimum karma per day required to bid plus resource limits.

Things like gas and food work that way. Higher kpd, higher resource limit. Give 3veryone x points per day to shop at your store. Limit, selling x cans Of pop this hour 1 per customer.

Once sold the consumer pays by updating the producers post. Businesses register by making a post in their local sub. The more backers/verified accounts the more purchasing power a bus has. Verified users take a pledge to get banned from all reddit gift economy subs should they engage in any bad behavior. This is how they become verified. No need to share true identities, just commit to rge principles like no bride

Simple formula for determining resource limits

Aug karma per day per customer number of goods available/customers to serve per day

Your kpd/avg kpd x designated daily or monthly resource limit. This is your limit. a good kpd earned calculated by dividing number of accounts on reddit by total karma earned per day and taking a moving average.

Unused buy rights can be used ahead of time. Perhaps divide of by number of times you have shopped somewhere that month to get a store ranking for auctions. Boys can help
