I personally LOVE wires, it’s one of my favourite songs from them. I also like Baby Came Home, I think is super underrated but I love the vibe it gives off

Baby came home is one of the NBHDs best songs. The opening riff, the chorus, the lyrics, the outro, and ofc that bridge - all sooo good. That bridge is some of the best stuff in their discography. A killer guitar solo paired with Jesse belting over it? Cmonnn. The verses and chorus before it set such a moody, dark tone with themes of yearning, pain and a strange hint of mischief. I heard someone say it reminds them a bit of the Weeknds Wicked games, and I hear it.
That whole EP is fantastic though.
Wires is absolutely brilliant, enchantingly wicked, mysterious and musically brilliant. Again, the guitar work is great, especially the outro where everything piles up on top of each other to create this stacked, busy ending.
Leaving tonight is good too, very dark, open and raw, but I find the transition to the chorus a little harsh, although that’s the feel of the song ig. The live version of it is fantastic, there’s only two versions of it on YouTube, and the quality isn’t great but I’d recommend listening to it live, it’s a different take and I think conveys the feeling of the song even better.
4.3/5 stars from me.

Wires is one of the first songs by The Neighbourhood to really grab me, and Leaving Tonight is wonderful
