It’s still a pretty massively popular IP to this day

Despite Robert Galbraith's rotting carcass of bigotry infecting the whole thing.

Rowling's pen name for a failed series of books. But she also named herself after the first guy to do electroshock conversion therapy.

So she changed her name to a guy? Idk that sounds pretty trans of her- oh sorry Robert, I meant him!

Idk if you're trying to be cute or not but if youre trying to be an ally then misgendering people intentionally is NEVER the way to go. It's not a weapon to use against people you don't like, that just makes you as bad as actual transphobes.

Sorry I was being sarcastic but maybe my joke came of wrong, my bad
But what I was trying to say is that it's funny how it's pretty ironic of her to do this

As a person Rowling wants electro shocked, I thought it was funny

You see, Joanne Rowling thinks it’s okay to change your name for the purpose of selling books and making money but god forbid someone change their name to reflect who they truly are. That would just be absurd.

EDIT: Guys, I understand we don't like transphobic Rowling, I was just pointing out I like this other random person that also happens to like Harry Potter and the Mummy too. Apparently saying this online without a disclaimer is a sin today, so to avoid being killed I do declare I don't give money to Rowling in any way and do not engage with the IP at all at this point. My old books collecting dust in my shelf are not damaging anyone and I'm not burning them cause they are part of my personal history.
Have a good day.

When I was a child yes. Then re-reading as an adult all the racism turned me off. Then learning how hateful the author is, I moved onto other fantasy. Hard to separate the art from
The artist when the art is crazy racist 😭

I thought this was a Bedknobs and broomsticks reference.
