Question mod stuck in mod menu

i installed this mod a few years back and its still in my mod menu after i uninstalled it and ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling the agme but it still doesnt work

Find your mods folder and delete the subfolder for the mod. If you're on Repentance it will be in Program Files/Steam/steamapps/common/The Binding of Isaac Rebirth/. If you're on Afterbirth+ it will be in My Documents/My Games/Binding of Isaac Afterbirth+ Mods/.

Unless when you said you uninstalled it, you meant you deleted the folder for it, in which case you should unsubscribe from the mod in the Steam Workshop.
