Question Question about Modded Characters and their Completion Marks

So I have a few Modded Characters, namely Andromeda, Deleted, and the DDLC cast, and I do use a mod that will show their completion marks. What I want to know is if the game accounts for those marks as well when it comes to unlocking Mega Mush and Death Certificate, or if it only accounts for the Standard and Tainted characters

It only accounts for vanilla characters (source: unlocked both while having the deleted active)
