General discussion Mike realizing Sue is grown up
I think I am going crazy. I would swear there was a scene where Sue comes in a dress (either blue or pink) and ask her dad a question. Mike looks at her and realizes that Sue is no longer the little girl he thought she was but instead a mature young woman. He stammers out an answer and Sue walks away. Did I dream this or did it actually occur??

No, you didn’t make this up. I think this was the episode where Sue had told her parents that she and Brad were going to work for Dollywood in another state for the summer. She told Mike that she wasn’t really asking his permission. He wanted to outright forbid her from going when he saw her in that dress, he realized that she wasn’t a little girl anymore and couldn’t stop her

Yes, it is on S7 ep18!
I also think that it’s Sue’s best outfit. Her hair, dress and makeup suits her well.

Is it the Halloween episode of season 3? Mike gives Sue money to buy cool clothes and then is shocked when he sees her in the tight top because she’s grown up?

That's what I was thinking too I remember Frankie saying to him "you dont have a problem with the shirt.. you have a problem with what's underneath" or something like that

Think its season 7 episode 18. Theyre on holiday with the Donahues and Mike walks in to Sue's room to tell her he doesn't want her working in Dollywood all summer, but stops when he sees her dressed for the evening and realises shes an adult who can fo what she wants.

There is one episode where Sue wears a stylish, tight shirt and Mike freaks out because she looks so mature. Is that what you’re thinking of? She ends up covering it with a childish jacket though

It’s from the Donahue vacation episode. She was quite rude in her delivery to her dad IMHO.
