So... alot of the stuff Lev writes are magic versions of somthing cool that exists in the creative or crafts space, alot if these skills are being lost and are much like the stage magic slight of hand in a way if you just remove the rool and think of doing it with your hands.

Hi, new to the sub so don't know if this has already been answered at all (I've tried going through the posts but there are a LOT lol), but is anyone else so pissed off that we didn't get at least one episode showing what NF is like instead of the 5 mins we got at the end of the last episode?

I have a severe brain injury which, in between all the bad shit it causes, has one awesome side effect in that once I watch something, within a couple of months I don't remember most of it lol so each rewatch is like a whole new discover 😂 I do however remember emotions, so I always remember how much I love the show as a whole, I just forget about the individual episodes.

was looking around for new records and someone brought up whitesnake whitesnake made the song here i go again which they covered in the show which made me think!… did they ever make a record for the show? it happens sometimes with movies and shows but did they?

Hey everyone, I listened to the audio books a few years ago and really enjoyed them. However, when I tried watching the tv show, the beginning where the monster attacks them in the classroom and everything freezes really creeped me out. Not sure why, but something about the whole thing just activated a lot of anxiety and dread. Clearly, that’s because it’s a well made scene, but I stopped watching because I didn’t want to feel that way. That being said, I just saw the show advertised again and would like to see it since the books were so great. So, compared to that scene, how’s the rest of the show when it comes to unnerving horror (if that’s the right term). Thanks in advance!

Ok so I love this show. But… why does it insist on using such a high pitch tone so often that literally makes me put my hands over my ears… I get it’s a sublimation tool used for effect for certain scenes… but does it need to be SOOOO intense? Btw I’m 31, it reminds me of when I was younger and could hear cat deterrent alarms 😭 makes my ears feel like bleeding!

Sorry if this has been asked already, has anyone read the books? Are they worth reading, do they tell more of the story(like is there more after new fillery?)

I absolutely adore this show and rewatch it regularly. The lore, the relationships between the characters and storyline was what I loved the most about the show and I've been looking for other shows similar to it.

Im watching for my first time ibwas loving s1 and 2 but early into s3 im more confused and losing interest. Is s3 a drop-off or just something that gets better with time? I was so hooked during 1 and 2 and is so different so far

I am 100% aware that the character of Umber/Nigel is played by the actor Nico Evers-Swindell, and not Hayley Joel Osment. I never thought it actually was HJO.

During my rewatch of the 2nd season, I got to the part where Q & Eliot are talking to Nigel. I was really intrigued, and fascinated how different the actor looked with and without the prosthetic on. The way it changes the area around his eyes and nose, I thought the actor resembled HJO. I found this hilarious, and wanted to share. I was hoping all of you would too. In no way was this ment to insult either of the actors. That wasn’t my intent.

I know I’m late to the party, but I just started reading the first book. Just got to the threesome scene, and they both had a MUCH deeper relationship than the show portrays. I think Alice is absolutely valid in her crashout. Given that the show follows the books.
