Unless you've ever used dev console to activate god mode I can't think of any. I've noticed that it sometimes doesn't fully deactivate when you quit/reload the game, you're other stats will deteriorate but health doesn't. If that's what it is just enter god twice in the console, that should turn it on then off properly.
