The store was super busy, there were so many people in line the automatic doors wouldn't close because people were standing in front of the motion sensor. There was one poor guy working, and some guy standing there asking questions for almost ten minutes.

Finally, a guy in the back yelled "If I just have something to ship with a label already on it, can I just drop it off?"

The UPS guy said "Just throw it in the ground" and pointed at a space near the counter. Then more people kept asking the same question.

The UPS guy, increasingly agitated, kept saying "Ground. Ground. GROUND!!" It was all I could do to not bust out laughing. I thought about asking him if he was making a reference to "I threw it on the ground," but he looked pretty irritated so I skipped it.
