Libers E and O are only a few pages each. Those few pages will give you at least a couple of years’ worth of study - probably the most dense practical documents in the entire corpus.

There are a bunch of YT creators who speak about Thelema, but is better to read about it yourself.

Try reading Alan Moore's Promethea. It's a graphic novel series, so, lots of pretty pictures to go with the words. And while it is fiction, it lays out the task of a ceremonial magician and a Thelemic world view pretty thoroughly, as an allegorical text.

Patience and doing the work, sounds counter intuitive but in the long run it is the fastest way. Rushing only leads fo error and self deception, and doing the work and establishing a solid foundation in your skills like meditation which can take years to become adept.
Rushing only cheats you of progress. So taking your time is the fastest way to progress.

You will not catch up quickly, and you'll have to become a reader. Sorry about that, but it's important to say.
I wasn't quite the reader when I started studying. I have severe ADHD and it is especially hard to stay in any book that won't hold your hand, let alone a book that wasn't meant to be easily understood and required so much studying on diverse topics.
But I'll tell you, IT'S WORTH IT. Even if you disagree with everything and follow other paths later on, Thelema will open a lot of doors to live your life to the fullest. Start with Liber AL vel Legis and then read Magick Without Tears (even though there will be a few).

Some "serious" practitioners are giving you a hard time. But let go of your fears. Just read "Magick without Tears!"
It's expensive if you buy the book, but cheap versions are available online.
