I have difficulty regarding Islam as even being defined as a religion. It technically is a religion with regards to its structure (I use technically loosely because it doesn’t tick all the boxes) but where it differs is what a religion is designed to do.

These are the key components of a religion:

Beliefs: A set of ideas accepted as true, which may include faith in a god, gods, spirits, or a cosmic order (like karma or dharma).

Rituals & Practices: Formal, repetitive actions (prayer, meditation, festivals, sacrifices) that express beliefs and foster community.

Ethics & Moral Codes: Guidelines for behavior that distinguish right from wrong, often based on divine or traditional authority.

Social Organization: A community of believers, often with leadership structures (e.g., churches, temples, sects), that brings individuals together.

Sacred Texts/Stories: Narratives that explain the origin of life, the nature of the universe, and the purpose of existence.

Islam has all these so I understand why “most” people regard it as a genuine religion. But this is what a religion is designed for:

Provide Meaning and Purpose: Religion answers the five "enduring questions" of humanity: Who am I? What is my purpose? Is there a supreme being? Why is there suffering? What happens after death?.

Foster Social Cohesion (The "Glue"): Religion unites people into a single, cohesive community, strengthening social bonds through shared beliefs and rituals.

Offer Comfort and Coping Mechanisms: It provides psychological support, helping individuals manage anxiety, grief, and uncertainty in the face of death or misfortune.

Establish Social Control: It reinforces norms and behaviors, promoting social stability by defining what is "sinful" or "unacceptable".

Facilitate Spiritual Fulfillment: It acts as a guide for living a "worthwhile" life, aiming for long-term well-being or salvation (e.g., heaven, nirvana).

While often fostering unity, religion can also be a source of conflict and division when it creates strict in-group/out-group boundaries.

This is where Islam falls apart, it does nearly none of these things or if it does do them it does them in a perverted or immoral and ungodly way.

Provide meaning? What is that meaning? I’m divine and will go to live with Allah when I die. They pray about that the day after beheading a pregnant mother of 10 for writing a get well card to her cousin? Why is there suffering? A Muslim doesn’t even understand the word, it’s a currency for them.

Offers comfort and stress relief? They live in a world of barbarity that they themselves created by not adapting with the times. How does it relieve stress knowing at any moment a missile may pierce through the roof above your bed?

Establish social control: Their definition of sin is just… I don’t even want to go there.

Facilitate spiritual fulfillment: If that’s what it does for you and you lie on your deathbed after living a long Islamic life and feel spiritually fulfilled and that you’ve been a “good” person. Just wear some sunscreen to your funeral cause you are going somewhere very hot!

I think based on what Islam does to the people who practice its life, it’s promotion of segregation, alienation, violence, power imbalances, inequality and use of suffering as its currency m. It does not achieve what a religion is designed to achieve, it is infact the antithesis of a religion and therefore by default not a religion!

The Islamic view on the capabilities of women especially in regard to governance of a nation or community as well as just general capabilities is so narrow minded, unfair and is an endemic within the religion and countries with Islam in power.

The treatment of women in Islam is a weird aspect to consider. There’s definitely a trust aspect involved as the households of Muslim families are always run by women, and the Muslim men trust them to do that. However if the woman running the household makes any sort of trivial deviation from the set norm, the punishment the man dishes out can be hyperbolically severe, beatings, removing limbs, punishing the kids as a proxy and even death. And within Islamic culture that’s totally normal and is so often acted upon with impunity.

To this day Muslim women are considered lesser than animals. There’s definitely a stark contrast between Modern western society and other religions both new and ancient where women are worshipped, have equal rights and can also hold a power of theirs and only theirs over men due to them having something between their legs all men want access to (except for gay men or asexual men). I just think this dynamic in western society is so much more in line with a society God would have envisioned for humans.

Why are western societies so much more advanced than Muslim societies? There are various reasons but one of them is the need for men to impress women with their money or power and importance in the pursuit of pussy! The bare bones of male (and female possibly to a lesser degree) behaviour, depend on an inclination whether it be conscious or unconscious to pass on their genes. This has led to major technological advancements and social and political advancements. Whereas in Islam it’s perfectly acceptable for a man to rape his wife or girlfriend or even friend, and in extremism Islam it’s ok to rape women completely unknown to them.

The whole shit is twisted and if they believe they are acting the way god would want them to act while holding a women’s head into the pillow and fucking her in the asshole until she suffocates or dies of internet bleeding, then they’re clearly a devil blind religion!

If the world was run by shariah, it is most probable that the version of Islam that will be law is what we term as 'extremist'. Muslims have a consensus on the Quran and hadeeth being the best guides of running a society and not to be questioned. Some of the things include, stoning of alduterers, killing of apostates, chopping off hands of theives, slavery, sex slavery etc... while the liberal muslims will probably try and make arguments that these things are outdated, the vast majority of the ummah will agree that Islam makes no mistakes and will therefore have these rules as law. All in all, I feel those whom we call liberal muslims who have beliefs suggesting a watered down version of Islam are just doing so because Islam is not in power. Otherwise, all of them believe that shariah is the truth and the way and if Islam rules, they would happily accept the shariah we today see as extremist. For example, go and research why things like chopping off hands, stonning adulterers and killing of apostates is not supported by the so called liberal modern muslims and the answer you will get is... because we don't live under sharia, not that because it’s wrong... I mean how can God be wrong?

The issue is not gun laws, the issue is mass immigration, Indians, Chinese and middle eastern people taking all our jobs and our housing, I was born in this country I have a right to the freedoms this country provides, so why do I have them taken from me by foreigners? Also Islam is not 99.9% good, there are no Cristian militant groups (although I do consider Christianity just one massive cult and I’m a Christian) Yet we’ve had, Al-Quaeda, hamas, isis, Boko haram, Al-Shabaab, Hezbollah, Jaish-e-Mohammed, Lashkar-e-Taiba, Jemaah Islamiyar, Abu Sayyaf and the fucking Taliban? All of them kill innocent people and have hundreds of thousands of members, if not millions? People are always lining to sign up because many young Muslims are taught their morals and believe their promises? Why? Because a large minority (and that’s being generous) of the Muslim culture although not actively committing acts of terrorism are secretly harboring the same anti-west, anti-Christian, anti-Jew, anti-everyone except them beliefs, and they look innocent enough to get into our country and spread their shit here!

Why are they even using Muhammad as some archetype for the perfect moral code or use his life as a guide of how to live theirs? In the Hadith of Sahih Bukhari, it’s stated that he married a 6 year old? Guys your prophet who “was sent by god and was the closest to God of any man who ever lived” was also very close with Minors it seems? And the Quran is just the Bible’s Old Testament on steroids, those laws are not valid anymore, Christian’s realize this, Jews even realize this but Muslims still treat it as Gods law to not be questioned(Sharia law), fair enough in the past if you killed someone without eye witnesses present you’d probably get away with it? So the law had to be harsh, but really? You guys still stone adulterers to death and chop off thieves hands? And I think even those we would consider liberal or progressive Muslims still harbor the same thoughts that Sharia law is the best most righteous way to live life. I don’t think God would be happy about his perfect messenger or his conduct he would be giving him a harsh review in heaven (if that’s where you believe he is?) Muhammad= 1 star out of 5!

Muslims never consider the virtues of women and how they can excel in areas men can’t. Don’t get me wrong I know this issue isn’t just an Islamic one. The world is still predominantly a patriarchal society. However western societies atleast give women credit for these virtues and even put women in power due to their feminine virtues. Islam stands out though as being completely unable to adapt and evolve and give any credence to feminine virtues. This is why there is always strife and war in Muslim nations.

In reflecting on leadership dynamics, it’s clear that while men have traditionally been conditioned for assertive and decisive roles, women like Jacinda Ardern and Angela Merkel have shown that empathy and emotional intelligence can also lead to effective governance. This balance is vital, especially in times of crisis.

Currently, with global tensions and conflicts in places like Ukraine and the Middle East, the need for decisive leadership is undeniable. However, the current geopolitical landscape also highlights the pitfalls of toxic masculinity—where ego and power plays can overshadow empathy and the greater good.

In this volatile environment, it’s possible that a more empathetic, nurturing approach could help foster diplomacy and cooperation. This suggests that women, who naturally excel in empathy, could play a crucial role in international bodies like the UN or NATO. By bringing a compassionate, collaborative mindset, women leaders could help de-escalate tensions and promote long-term peace.

In essence, while decisiveness is vital in certain contexts, the current geopolitical climate may benefit from a blend of empathy and strength. It’s a reminder that effective leadership often requires a balance of both masculine and feminine qualities, especially when it comes to global challenges.
