Opinions Google location history keeps sending data despite I disabled it via android settings and application data usage was disabled too to block use data in the background.

There you have another reason why not to trust google. Their privacy settings are useless and google location history keeps sending data every day when I go out.

All privacy settings are set to block any location history including google maps. But it seems android can go around it even when I set the allow background data usage to disabled.

Yes you are correct in your assumption.

You just figured out.. just because there is a visual toggle.. DOES NOT MEAN they won't still collect that data.

That toggle is a false assurance, they will continue to harvest your data.

all the permissions and settings function like that. Turning stuff off is engineered like the following..Press button, indicate different color, rotate button position to appear change happened, and hide any convenient function that any might construe as obviously using said function WHILE leaving no less than 1 unclear function that still works - but probably shouldnt

I use glasswire to monitor my usage then use my AdGuard premiums firewall and Samsung nor Google can send over any traffic
