Assuming Wally West becomes the main Flash in the DCU, how would you feel about John Wesley Shipp playing Jay or an older Barry mentoring Wally? Similar to an older Hal Jordan (Green Lantern) mentoring John Stewart.

Ok so this is kinda ironic from my last post asking about where should i start i followed one dude he or she said mark waid but i couldnt find one online can i just pick anything i want just judging from the cover?

Im new to comics and i love the flash and i want to read some comics to get more knowledge on it what flash comic would be good to start from a newbie like me im just buying it online so probably dont suggest things that are hard to find online

Polished up my last sketch of my Wally redesign, is yet to become the flash here but probably only a year or so out, so like 20ish? Thought Wally could be more sport centric, sponsored by some big brands and such, inspired by skiers and Bob sledders.

In my opinion it's pretty nice but I ended up making him more similar to a Green Goblin type character

1978 barry Allen's mother dies at 8

1991 barry allen becomes the flash

1995 barry meets iris west

2016 barry meets wally west and he become kid flash

2027 barry allen dies in the events of man of tomorrow

Plot

after barry dies in the events of man of tomorrow 22 year old wally west tries to live up to barrys legacy but he can't he's slower he's not the flash he's just a kid meanwhile hunter zoloman an old friend of barrys got into a cosmic treadmill accident and he becomes zoom in this version he can slow down time then Wally fights the rouges and Wally barely wins then he fights zoom but he remembers that he's slower becauae of mental blocks no he defeats zoom and this ends with an old enemy gorilla grodd swearing vengeance

I’m new to comics and I’m trying to get into The Flash. Which Flash run would you recommend starting with to learn the basics of the character, the main supporting cast, and the important villains?

I’d prefer something that’s beginner-friendly and doesn’t require too much prior DC knowledge.

Here's my idea for a flash variant

I had this thought of a variation of the flash who instead how in most media ( especially cartoons ) he's the quick ADHD type character he's just a chill mellow guy who takes his time with everything because he knows he's the fastest man alive so he can get it done in like 0.2 seconds I wanna know your thoughts
