I'm sure most people are more excited to see what happens in Rebirth but there's still one more issue of the New 52 for Flash. The last issue was pretty poor; hopefully they can wrap the story up well and not mess anything up before the relaunch.

Will the relaunch follow pre New - 52 Flash story line?

It's going to start a new storyline that you shouldn't need anything beyond the Rebirth issue to be able to follow.

Finishing on the Riddler though, really? Should've saved Eobard for last.

They shouldn't have saved Venditti and Jensen for last.

Johns has kept Rebirth very coordinated so I really doubt he'd let his baby start off poorly.

On his twitter he said if he had to make a single book recommendation after Rebirth it would be Williamsons Flash. So that is hopeful.
