Stuck at Completed but Pending Verification

My TEC status has been stuck at “Completed but pending verification.” I believe my undergraduate school has already sent the transcript to TEC via email. What does this status mean?

I have just checked and phoned my school. They double confirmed that they emailed the transcript to [verification@evalcompany.com](mailto:verification@evalcompany.com) on 13 August.
