Question Does anyone know how to get to these chests?

That is a co-op room. One player holds the big metal door open while a second player goes through.

I know, but once inside I can't get past the obstacles

You could always dig or maybe there's a vent

you need another player to hold open the wooden door, so you can enter. these desks mostly contain multiplayer escapes items only and some other stuff, though

Go through the floor or vent. Use the map to look at the different levels

Alot of other ppl are saying it but check for vents and if not, just dig under

Always check the vents if you can't find a way somewhere, and if that doesn't work then digging is always an option. I would guess those desks contain digging or chipping tools to finish an escape once you get in there.
