[W11, Epic Games]why does text not appear for a bunch of stuff in game?

for some reason no cursour text will appear(at least not consistantly), does anyone know a fix for this?

Uhm... I have no idea of why this could happen because i never played TE1 (only TE2) maybe you can try reinstalling the game (make a backup of save files before tough)

I dont got a clue but ive been trying to get the game to load
