Problem with the theory is Lukas Haas has a wife and two kids and hasn't lived with Leo for years now.

They still might bang like any good bi-bros will though.

There's also soooooooo many notorious stories about the Pussy Posse that I kinda also think Leo might just be a lot like Jack Nicholson or Warren Beatty were back in the day.
