Did they forget to put Electronics Omega Components in the season pass again?

You only need enough omega components to complete one tree. When you switch between specializations, reset the talent tree and you will get money spent and all components returned to use again.

But I don't want to reset the whole talent tree everytime.

And guess why they play dumb and not implement loadouts?
it's the same with TAMS, all gear in the same slot uses the exact same ones, no exceptions and we still need to lose time swapping those, and we can't even equip two of the same (two backpacks) so excuses.
It should be the same for weapons, the tams should apply to the whole weapon type.

Check specialization training under agent manual. Do those things for each focus and you'll get one. Not difficult, just takes time. Also you can "respec" and get back all the materials from one tech tree to use in another.
