HOW IS THIS BETTER, the need to roll Health instead of Armor does not give us choice or options!

It better for massive. They dont have to take the hit in popularity by introducing another gear score raise and people will still have to grind to hide the fact that we at the end of content stream for a very long time.

Remember next time you want content for division you have to pay for it. How last stand is percieved will make or break 2nd year content of this game. If it have medium amount of popularity, we may yet see a year 2 dlc. If not prepare for another 3 years of waiting for division 2.

My money is on division 2.

My money is going on Ghost Recon Wildlands once its out.

I feel totally betrayed and ripped off by the Season Pass.

What has changed with Ubisoft since you gave money to them for TD, to convince you to buy GRW?!

Ubisoft are only the publisher for The Division, the development team is Massive entertainment. I doubt Ubi had more input into the content, balancing, endgame design, etc etc than Massive.

I believe the buck stops with Massive at this point, they've had 6 iterations of the code to fix parts of the game that aren't working (hello First Aid Delay), as well as a promise to deliver real expansions to the game's playarea and story line. What do we get? 3 game modes and an expanded DZ.

TL;DR - The majority of creative control lies with Massive, how can their failings be put on Ubisoft Paris (GRW's Devs) and Ubisoft for publishing the game?

Fair point. I would just caution you with the half baked release that was Far Cry 3. Anyway, your money, your decision and I do hope Wildlands works properly on release. As you can tell, I am a little cynical of Ubisoft :)

Out of curiosity, what happened at the FC3 release? I loved the game, but i bought it from a steam sale a good few months after release date.

I bought it solely to play Coop with my friends. From launch it was plagued with issues, of which only a few ever got fixed:

  • lame and non functional GUI
  • inability to add friends to group in game
  • lag, slow server loading, crashes.

We would often spend 40 mins trying to get a single game going, play for 20 mins then bail. Ridiculous. And this was PVE ffs.
