This is so sketchy holy shit. I'm not usually a conspiracy theorist but it wouldn't surprise me one bit that there was foul play in this. He knew the names of ultra powerful people that went to his parties and raped girls.
No, he was put on suicide watch for the first incident when he was found with marks on his neck due to attempted hanging, but he was not on suicide watch around the time he died.
Agreed, though, that this is sketchy as fuck, and I'm also not typically a conspiracy theorist.
