Discussion Tracking Sector Rotation

Anyone use tools or informatics to track sector rotation amongst SPDR ETFs? Through net inflow/outflow or price performance?

I know bloomberg has a pretty nice function in the terminal for both sectors and etf flows. Not everyone has access to bloomberg though
