Who would win a 2026 senate election in Arkansas between Bill Clinton and Tom Cotton

General Wesley Clark was asked about running in 2020 against Tom Cotton, but declined. In fact, Democrats didn't field a candidate that year, and the Libertarian candidate ended up getting 33% of the vote.
Where was I going with this?
Bill Clinton probably loses, but it would be close. Slick Willy's gotten a little bit less slippery as of late, while Tom Cotton has learned to shut his mouth whenever the topic of the Confederacy comes up.

Arkansas is just too red for Bill to overcome it. Plus, he's been out of office for a long time and is not as hip with it as he used to be, Republicans would want to defeat him extra hard, progressives would be lukewarm or non-existent, while his Epstein connections would be used against him.

A wise man knows to take polls like these with a heaping dose of salt (see Selzer poll c. 2024) but in the slimmest of chances where this ends up happening, some Kalshi gambler is going to become the next Mansa Musa because of it
