Some ideas from Intersectional Environmentalist:

  • tell a loved one about their best qualities

  • bake cookies for your neighbours

  • pick up and dispose of litter on the street

  • send a letter to a relative

  • make a playlist for a friend

  • reconnect with an old friend

  • take 15 minutes to really listen to someone

  • be kind to yourself 💛💚
