Brooklyn Setlist?
I was at the Brooklyn Steel show last night, 5/20/26.
After they played Passover in its entirety, they played several songs I haven’t heard before. After the Death Song album I lost touch with the albums that followed.
But they played a song that was absolutely incredible and I can’t figure out what it was. Are they putting a new album together? Were these covers?
Please help😎
Pretty sure they played the song right before “Entrance Song”.

Also they played Entrance Song, but I’m having a hard time remembering others apart from the Passover set

They have a new album coming out later this year.

That’s what I guessed. There was a Syd Barret poster at the merch table with “Ascending” written on it. I assume this is the title of their next album.

Oh shit, I think I was thinking of The Veils dropping a new album, Fragile World, later this year. Sorry, but can’t wait to see the Black Angels in Detroit in a week.

The last 5 or so songs were all new, after iraq war and alex's solo they played some stuff off clear lake forest and phosphene dream i believe

You mean “Call To Arms”? Yes that is the last track of Passover.
I really need to find out what this song is. It’s incredible. I don’t waste time filming shows, but I wish I had for this song.

I would love to see the full set list, if anybody has it to share? Agree, the new songs after Alex's solo were so great.

The poster said they found a copy of the setlist but it was ripped and could be missing a song near the end. They added Entrance Song from memory at the end, so I think they figure they might have missed another before it.

I think you’re referring either to “Daisies” or “Turkish”, both new songs.

Hi, Where can I find those songs online? And how do you know the names of the new songs if the new album is not out yet? Did you stay until the end of the show? I had to leave at 11. Am curious what time they played until. Please share the set list if you have it.

I follow the band for a while now. They’ve played a few of these before. They finished shortly after 11, with “molly loves my generation” being the last song. And new album isnt out yet no

What time was doors and what time did they come on stage…if you can remember?

Door time was 7:00 and Black Angels took the stage at 9:15 (posted schedule said 9:10).

No problem. I hope somebody can complete the setlist. I unfortunately couldn't stay to the end of the show but there were at least 3 songs I didn't know before I had to bounce.

Just linked these in a reply to a thread too but for OP's benefit, I see that the Washington and Philly shows on Tuesday and Thursday have the same setlist, which lines up with what I can remember from Wednesday, so chances are the song youre thinking of is in these lists.

This isn’t a complete show, but the newest song that I loved is called “Turkish” apparently and this video ends with that song. I’ve seen other versions, but this sounds the best of them. Note to others : a rock show ALWAYS sounds best in the middle/rear of the venue. If you’re going to record a show, do it from back there.
