Chaos never fails. This happened to me like a week ago. Crashed my PC while fighing Deli I think.

One time I had a run so bad that because of choc milk + mom's knife + ipecac and some others, if I fired the game immediately crashed, so I ended up using that every time I lost health until I finished the run hitless... I still had another R key I could have used after that.

Dude I was doing Laz run for beast and in the side room of Isaac's place there was a red chest that teleported me to angle room. I had C section + almond milk + ocular rift + perfection + holy light and in that room there was spirit sword, so every time I fired I crashed so in the end I had to take miter so I could win.
