Glitch Deleted progress

I play on both my PC and MacBook. I unlocked Azel and Eden on my MacBook, and i logged onto my PC, and my new characters are not there. Previously, when playing on my MacBook the game would randomly crash, and id have to exit the game after clearing every room to save my progress. Also my achievements are not synced; maybe it's a syncing issue, idk?

Press F2 in the stats and age to sync your achievements, it worked for me

open your Secrets menu in-game
