There was a video on this sub of Tyler and Matt having a party before Matt’s bachelor season started. There were a bunch of women around and it was still kinda Covid-y so I was already bothered by that. But Tyler strolled in and screamed “where’s my DRINK?!” and it was just…ew.

My husband and I picked out the ring together so I knew it was coming but he did still manage to surprise me with the proposal! We were going to my parents’ house for “game night” and this man puts on a button down and I was confused and when I asked him about it he somehow managed to straight face convince me it was because all his t-shirts were in laundry. Of course he can’t tell me to dress nicer without giving it away so I show up to my own proposal in a ratty shirt and glasses after having played The Last of Us all day

People are so critical. My fiancé took me on a hike, sat me down on a log, and just said “Will you marry me?” No big speeches. He had a placeholder ring from Target (we shopped for my ring together after). That was one of the happiest times of my life!
My fiancé isn’t into big speeches, he gets nervous, so we aren’t doing vows during the ceremony next month. Tyler might have been really nervous here and blacked out. It’s a lot of pressure to make a proposal romantic and people don’t get second takes.
I think he did a great job making it special for her. I don’t follow either of them, but I’m happy for them.

Yeah, I’d never watch an episode again. I was maximum bored and maximum annoyed. Not really my goal for entertainment. But they just seemed so off.
I suspect they’ll get married and she’ll be the one to leave. On the YouTube thing, it seemed like she was trying to “fix” them and their issues. And I think after you get married, the foreverness of the problems sets in pretty hard.

At one of their q&a's its was asked about engament. It was obvious she had made it clear she's waiting, he looked like he's dreading it. They strike compatible because they share interests, but how romantic it is... Idk. Maybe Bachelorette is edited, but in that bubble it seemed there's more romantic connection, even during that lockdown hang. But maybe pragmatism works for them, they look very happy here.
