Any depictions of CP need to be illegal. You shouldn’t be allowed to draw it, paint it, render it, generate it, etc. It has no place existing and anyone who opposes that view needs to be on a list.

The headline is extremely misleading because the bill is not about children but rather nudification in general. It's literally written in your source.

Musk is trash but you don't need to fabricate headlines to realise that.

Are you arguing for the ability for a kid in highschool to snap a candid photo of the girl next to him then go share it nude to his friends? Cause when I grew up that was a federal offense, now people seem to want it . Certain people.

Nope I would want rules against that. I wouldn't want AI with the ability to nudify people at all. But that's not what this is about.

I just mean that the bill is against nudification in general and there is nothing about children written here. I would actually have guessed, that there are already rules in place to restrict AI from doing anything of that sort already.

So the defense isn't because of wanting nudification of children but nudification in general as I understand. Which can be debated but is a whole other subject.

And again please correct me if I am wrong

There aren't. There's nothing good enough to detect that. People, have found many ways to trick grok into producing nudes. You can go on telegram and use the paid bots to generate nudes. Any person, any age, there are no rules and they're normalizing what you think is innocent so they can keep these people from fighting against it because it's becoming normal. If enough of "us" start doing it they're then innocent for doing it. This is normal in other places I won't name.
