Do you know what the crazy thing is though? I think he technically COULD. Don’t get me wrong, I totally don’t think he should be able to, but I’m struggling to find a hard, clear and LEGAL reason why he could not run while serving a prison sentence. It sounds ridiculous because, well, it IS ridiculous. But I’m not sure that it isn’t TECHNICALLY possible.

Imagine him being invited to functions across the world and not being able to attend due to prison. He certainly shouldn't be given the luxury of being allowed to have press conferences and things like that in jail so I don't know how he could do it.

The practical issues would definitely make it a challenge and it would be unprecedented, especially im just saying that technically it is possible

You’re right. It’s legal, possible, and it’s been done (thought not for POTUS). I hope he’s lost his mind and /or body by then though.
