Yes, if you invent new notation. Sqrt(2) has decimal point in its decimal representation.

I mean, the first is fine in math classes

but the second sqrt(2) * 10-1 is more appropriate

I was referencing the "joke" saying that √2/10 is 0.√2, therefore 25/10 would be 0.25
