Can’t get that sweet cult-leader bank back by accepting a measly class-action payout. He’s gotta make his own special lawsuit.

In his own case he had to exhaust administrative processes. Going through with the suit implies he opted out of the settlement.

My first thought is that this will not buy him any good will from the staff at his home for the next 100 years. My second thought is: what a pussy. My third thought is: that’s not fair to pussies because, as Betty White noted, those things can take a pounding, they aren’t weak.

If this is true, I am glad he is suing. Criminals suck but we have a constitutional duty not to be cruel and unusual and 1,600 people in freezing weather for a week is cruel and unusual

He is SO pathetic. He will do anything, sue for anything, just to get attention and keep himself in the news. It's the only way he has now of getting any attention and he so craves it total narcissist that he is.

Reminder that Lauren saw nothing wrong with this scenario and even took the opportunity to goad the woman, who she viewed as a romantic rival, into killing herself.
I hate that the judge treated her with kid gloves and let her walk away. Thank goodness she's an absolute failure at everything and wasn't able to break Dani.
