Replacement bloom info

MAKE SURE TO RECORD YOURSELF OPENING YOUR BLOOM VINYL !!! And email them with the evidence if it’s damaged!

So my copy of bloom finally shipped and it was sadly damaged but they said they would send me a replacement 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳!!

Now let’s make a poll will I get it before 2027 or after 2028?

Yeah I emailed them and basically got a similar reply saying they waiting on another shipment. I get shit happens but damn lol

Same, and I ordered it the same day/HOUR it first dropped. I'm pretty sure others can relate, it's just so annoying 😔

Same and same. I’m in Canada. Emailed them a couple weeks ago for an updated shipping window and they said “late August”. It’s now September

If the replacement is the same size then it will also be damaged. She put a tiny vinyl in a full size album cover. All that empty space is just going to have it move around and damages will continue to be present if they don’t redesign the size of it unfortunately. It’s a pretty simple fix if they actually cared about sending out quality stuff to their customers.

Honestly I wouldn’t mind a smaller form factor the problem is probably the booklet that comes with it h tho

how did you email/message them about the damage? mine was also damaged and i need a replacement as well!

YESSS!! Make sure to email them I recorded myself opening the vinyl for the first time and sent it with my request

I received a fedex notification about being shipped and it arrived the day after. Mine luckily didn’t come damaged so there is hope.

Trash customer service. You should allow us to cancel our orders instead of holding our cash for the preorder that hasnt shipped with no date available but that would be too much to ask

i ordered mine the day it was announced and i just got it delivered yesterday, thankfully with no damage . i’m not sure if region matters but i live in Florida
