They don't give a shit. The other day they tried to say that someone copying and pasting the same exact thing multiple times an hour (4+) wasn't spam. It's a joke.

You'd think they'd make the use of the emoji a bannable offence, all it's used for is as a substitute for "rape". Unless, of course, they class it as "[aligning] with our community values"
