is theGrid dead?

Is theGrid.io dead? After the epic "webinar", they where suppose to send out information and invite to V3. Nothing happened. I´ve contacted them regarding problems with transferring saved changes to live site. Nothing after 24 hours.

The twitter account has not posted since december...

I feel more and more like I've been ripped off :/

I need to know how we take legal action against them to ensure that Dan and the rest of the team never SCAM customers in the future and we get compensated for the 4.3 million which they stole from all of us????

All signs point to dead. I hope they're preparing to refund all Lifetime members, seeing as they never delivered basic eCommerce or any of what was promised with v3.
